Steven Freeman is a 17-year veteran of photography for magazines, advertisers, and corporations. Steven's work has been commissioned by media and entertainment giants, including Sports Illustrated,Time, Entertainment Weekly, Nike, Food Network, Jack Daniels, and the NBA. Steven has also covered presidential and U.N. events in New York for the U.S. State Department.
While attending RIT, Steven began his career with a summer internship at Life Magazine. After graduating, he assisted legends of the advertising world, and absorbed their techniques, especially lighting.
In 2001, Steven produced a series of Food Network billboards that appeared in Times Square and Los Angeles. His assignments have taken him to eight countries, and his subjects range from professional athletes to world leaders to celebrities. Steven's passion for his art and his ability to connect with his subjects creates dramatic images and long-term relationships.
